Polihali Village and Lodge covers a gross site area of 14 500m² with a total of 53 houses, a multi-story lodge building, 3 hotels and apartment blocks, a fitness centre, a school, a recreational centre and a sports field; which will be handed over at the conclusion of the 21-month construction programme.
