The project started in March 2013 and the WBHO team is working hard to complete the project on time and within budget. The scope of work consists of the demolition of the existing old-fashioned steel spectator structure, replacing it with a new state of the art concrete pavilion, a revamp of the existing grand stand and the installation of a modern IAAF standard tartan athletics track. This is truly a project which involves all fields of construction and integrates our earthworks, civil and building expertise. The work is being carried out by the WBHO Civil division.
